1984 Capital Center

The eight-storey square tower is crowned by a hipped roof dissected by dormers of different complexity. The desire was to remind urban designers of the importance of the roofscape in modern cities and to urge architects to revisit the images of roofs reflecting shadows and echoing mountain peaks.
